Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you share through this website. It was last updated in September 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
West Ealing Psychotherapy (Maneet Relom, psychodynamic psychotherapist), West Ealing, London, is the data controller for anything you send through this website. You can contact Maneet about your data using the form on the home page.
What we collect
When you request a free call, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, whether you're interested in in-person or online sessions, your preferred language, a good time to call, and an optional short note. Please don't include health or other sensitive details in the note. We can talk about those privately on the call.
Why we use it
Your details are used only to contact you about the free call you asked for, and, if you decide to go ahead, to arrange an assessment. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before any agreement to work together.
Where it is stored
Form messages are received through the website's host, Netlify, and passed on to Maneet by email. They are not used for marketing and are never sold or shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
If you don't go on to start therapy, your enquiry is deleted within six months. If you do, your details become part of your client record, which is kept securely in line with professional guidance from the BACP. Maneet will explain this at your assessment.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details held about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent at any time. If you're unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and it doesn't use analytics that identify you.
